i felt quite comfortable and the room was very quiet. the hotel staff upgraded my room and i greatly appreciated it. i hope to return very soon for another wonderful stay.
i must say the check-in process felt longer than expected. i spent about twenty minutes waiting for everything to get organized. i felt that it could be streamlined for a smoother experience.

The staff was wonderfully attentive. the breakfast included a varied selection and the bed provided excellent comfort. i also found the location central and lively. It offered convenient access to nearby attractions.
The check-in process was quite slow. It took a considerable amount of time. i waited longer than expected for everything to be organized. i hope this area improves.

The check-in process felt unnecessarily slow, taking up a lot of my time. I waited for what seemed like forever just for the person to sort everything out. I was bothered by random calls to my room wanting to know how my stay was going. It felt intrusive. These little things added up and were quite irritating.

The rooms are spacious and clean (a definite plus). the location is also great. It is overlooking shiekh zayed road. i found the breakfast menu had lots of choice.
the noise from running water in adjacent rooms was quite noticeable. it affected the quality of sleep. i think the hotel could improve the soundproofing.
